Student / Parent - Guardian Instructions

The Virtual College Night will be live September 8, starting at 5:00pm (PST) and will end at 7:00pm (PST). You may login to the event at 4:00pm to view the virtual Lobby, High School Hall, Exhibit Hall and other exciting features.The live chat features will be available only from 5:00pm-7:00pm (PST).
Contact the event tech support team (top right-hand corner of the screen) if you have technical questions.
To login to the event, click “Login” in the top right-hand corner and use the email and password you used when you registered.

Exhibitor Representative Instructions

The Virtual College Night will be live September 8, starting at 5:00pm (PST) and will end at 7:00pm (PST) You may login to the event at 2:00pm to view the virtual Lobby, High School Hall, Exhibit Hall and other exciting features. The live chat features will be available only from 5:00pm-7:00pm (PST).
Platform and chat training will be available prior to the event. You only need Wi-Fi connection,on a mobile, tablet, or laptop/desktop device. No additional technology is required.
As exhibitors consider the virtual booth design, keep in mind you want to attract students by uploading college information, tuition, majors, financial aid, videos, or any other essential documents. You may want to include where you are located, and local points of interest.
We recommend assigning at least two representatives to work the event. Students will visit your virtual booth and begin a chat with you. Chats will be private and you will have the opportunity to post announcements that all those visiting your booth can see. Students move quickly on to other virtual booths during the live event if their chats do not receive a timely response.
Students may range from middle school to high school level. Be prepared to offer follow up information and contact information to students following the live event.
